The OLGR is seeking feedback on the 3 strikes scheme and its impact since its inception on January 1st, 2012.
A review into the scheme is currently underway, investigating the relevancy of the scheme given the initial aims.
The scheme allows for ‘strikes’ to be incurred against a liquor license should a licensee or approved manager be found guilty of breaching a serious offence under the Liquor Act 2007.
