A Long Island Ice Tea is the perfect drink for those hot summer days and nights. Here’s all you need,
- 1/2 oz. vodka
- 1/2 oz. gin
- 1/2 oz. white rum
- 1/2 oz. Cointreau
- 3/4 oz. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. simple syrup
- 3/4 oz. Coke
Although this drink has so many ingredients, it’s quite simple to make. All you need to do is shake all the ingredients together except the Coke. Then strain it in a Collins glass over crushed ice and pour over the Coke. Garnish with a lemon twist or as desired.
