The RSA Victoria Course Qualifications:

This course provides you with the qualification “SITHFAB021: Provide responsible service of alcohol RSA” and is also compliant with Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation Online RSA course requirements.  Upon completion of this training, you will be able to immediately print out a Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment for the SITHFAB021 qualification. If you complete training prior to 3pm AEST Friday 28 November, you will also be able to download the LCV approved RSA course VIC certificate immediately. From Monday 1st Dec 2025, you will be required to complete an additional training module via the vic.gov.au website before you receive your RSA Victoria certificate.

Course Delivery and Assessment Methods:

This course is delivered online and covers specific Victorian RSA content as well as content specific to the SITHFAB021 qualification, and has been approved by the Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation.

Upon successful completion of this course you will receive:
(a) A LCV RSA certificate
(b) A statement of attainment for the nationally recognised unit of competency, Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol SITHFAB021. This statement of attainment is valid in VIC as well as ACT, NT, QLD, SA, TAS & WA.

Assessment is a combination of online questions and verbal communication (that must be undertaken via a live telephone conversation during business hours with a trainer/assessor). Training, assessment and certification is delivered/issued by 1AAA Training (our RTO). There are no third-party services in place for this training.

Assessment Requirements:

Please Note: From 01 Dec 2025, you will be required to complete an additional training module (following completion of this SITHFAB021 course), via the vic.gov.au website before you can receive your RSA Victoria certificate. If you complete your training prior to 3pm AEST Friday 28 November, you will not be required to complete the additional module. Training completed after 3pm AEST Friday 28 November will be processed on Monday 01 December and will be subject to the updated requirements.

You will be required to complete a verbal communication assessment over the phone with an assessor during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm AEST), so you must have access to a telephone device.
