  • Hangover Free Alcohol to Hit The Shelves Soon

Hangover free alcohol could be closer than you think.

The synthetic alcohol called Alcarelle was created by UK researcher Professor David Nutt and has received interest from investors.

The product gives the same buzzed feeling as alcohol but without any of the negative health impacts or subsequent hangovers.

The creators say the drink could be on the market within the next 5 years.

Until then we’ll just have to continue sticking to recommended limits -maximum 2 standard drinks a day to avoid hangovers and other health and safety risks.

The former licensee of a club in Sydney has been given a lifetime ban from the liquor industry for multiple licence breaches including allowing cocaine use at the venue.

He was also banned permanently from entering the venue.

The authority said life bans were for the most serious offenders and that this particular case was an example of a blatant disregard for the law by allowing a culture of indecent conduct and illegal drug use.
