RSA online training is just one of the many qualifications that you can now achieve over the internet. The Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) training can be delivered online or in person by Registered Training Organisations (RTOs).

The National Training Information Service (NTIS) and each Australian State or Territories’ individual liquor authority maintains a public register online that shows in which state and for what training an RTO is registered. RSA Course Online (this course) is run by nationally accredited RTO Urban E-Learning.  The course is valid for residents of WA, NT, SA, QLD and Victoria but please view our States page to check the latest updates.

Individual liquor authorities also list their specific requirements for RSA qualifications, which vary significantly from state to state.
