A man who previously wrote fake reviews for a living has turned his shed into the top ranking London restaurant on TripAdvisor.

The man used fake reviews and “mystique and nonsense” to turn a shed into a non-existent restaurant. He posted pictures of inedible items made to look like food and had his friends and acquaintances write positive reviews to improve the ranking.

He also bought a burner phone which was ringing off the hook in no time with people wanting “reservations”. After 6 months the Shed at Dulwich was London’s top rated restaurant on the website, proving that you can’t always believe what you read.
