Bar Schweppes opened last month in Melbourne and is in its last week.

The location was kept a closely guarded secret and those that have booked, had the location revealed to them on the day of their booking.

According to a post on TheShout.com, the bar is managed by the team at Tommy Collins (Hawk and Hunter, Little Ox, The Pop Up Patch), the bar is an extension of Schweppes’ series, which focusses on global bar and cocktail trends.

The food served is English including the ploughman’s platter, the chip butty, fish fingers with mushy peas and chips amongst other English favorites.
