Effects of Drinking on an Empty Stomach
The American organisation “Total DUI” which provides information to people recently arrested for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol has put together an infographic to highlight the effects of drinking on an empty stomach.
As they highlight, with no food in the stomach, alcohol goes straight to the bloodstream and as blood alcohol concentration rises, the loss of control increases – resulting in more risk taking, possibly dangerous behaviour. This is one of the reasons servers should encourage customers to eat.

US Man Can Brew Alcohol in His Body

Police Declare Sunshine CBD Booze Free Zone
If you’re walking around the Sunshine CBD, you should know that it has been declared an alcohol free zone.
Police recently declared the Sunshine CBD a booze free zone which means holding an open container of alcohol in the area is now illegal.
Police said in the past they had experienced a number of problems with alcohol during the day and the early evenings which prompted the ban.
