• Know a standard drink, including understanding their strengths, and the effects of alcohol on individuals and the community
• To prevent underage drinking, work out strategies and show skills in the prevention or control of intoxication, including potentially violently or offensively behaving customers
• Be able to show an understanding of the theory employed in training that improves customer service and to have a good comprehension of the newly brought about focus on alcohol service
• To improve internal communication skills in order to enhance control monitoring for better focus on customers welfare and improved communication with patrons so that you can competently advise them on the options available.
