The ‘Don’t Let Your Mates Drink and Drown’ campaign was developed with the support of the Federal Government to address the culture of drinking around water, which is more common amongst men. Research shows men are four times more likely to drown that women.

    • 2 ounces gin
    • ¾ ounce fresh lime juice
    • ½ ounce simple syrup
    • 1 cup arugula
    • Lime wheel (for serving)
