Some people like to do what is called ‘flare tending’ and it can be a real crowd pleaser. Although a lot of the time it only slows down the process at a  busy bar, but if your bar is not busy and you want it to be, try practicing this trick! But make sure you get your RSA Certificate first!

These kinds of tricks can be pretty fun, and don’t expect them to be something people go crazy over, but it can help liven the atmosphere up and can increase the popularity of your bar. But remember, above all else, to serve safely and correctly as the RSA Course teaches you!
